# Bulls vs Bears — Terms of Use

By using the App (including bulls-vs-bears.pages.dev and any successor
host), you agree to these terms.

## 1. What this is

The App is a live Bitcoin market visualization and entertainment
experience. It is **not** a trading platform, exchange, wallet, broker,
or financial advisor.

## 2. As-is; no warranty

The App is provided **“AS IS”** and **“AS AVAILABLE”**, without
warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy of
prices, order-book data, presence counts, hero features, or uptime.
Market data comes from third-party venues and may be delayed, incomplete,
or wrong.

## 3. Not financial advice

Nothing in the App, its UI, feeds, documentation, or related social posts
is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrencies are
volatile and risky. Do your own research. We are not responsible for
trading or other decisions you make.

## 4. Intellectual property

The App’s code, design, artwork, text, and branding are owned by Bitcoin
Watchfire (formerly Bitcoin Daily News) and licensors. All rights reserved.

You may not copy, scrape, mirror, rebrand, or commercially redistribute
the App or a substantial portion of it without prior written permission.

## 5. Brand tributes & opt-out

Some features depict or reference third-party brands, personas, or
products as **courtesy tributes** (for example hero units or world
features). Unless we expressly say otherwise in writing:

- a tribute does **not** mean partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement
- rights holders may **opt out** at any time

(or the handle listed on the live App) with the brand/feature to remove.
We aim to remove opted-out tributes promptly (same day when practical).

## 6. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the App or its infrastructure (including presence /
websocket endpoints): no attacks, scraping at abusive rates, spoofing
identity for harm, or using the App to violate law.

## 7. Third-party links & integrations

Links to exchanges, wallets, or partners (including referral links) are
provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy policies apply. We are
not responsible for third-party services.

## 8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitcoin Watchfire (formerly
Bitcoin Daily News) and its operators are not liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of
profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

## 9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new
effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated
terms.
